An intellectual property firm tracks more than 1,600 trademarks for its clients, each one at a different legal stage and with its own deadlines. I built the system that keeps every one of them on time.

A trademark moves through filing, publication, oppositions, examination and registration, and then has to be renewed every ten years. Multiply that by more than a thousand trademarks and a spreadsheet stops being enough.

The system warns first.
Every renewal and every response deadline is tracked with the days left. Critical ones (under 30 days), upcoming ones (under 90) and those on time are counted at a glance, and each one shows up as an alert until someone handles it.
